Falcons Named Among Newsday's Top 100

Five Locust Valley High School Falcons have been recognized for their athletic accomplishments.

Locust Valley High School senior Jamie Chasanoff has been named among Newsday's Top 100 Girls Lacrosse Players. Newsday said "the dynamic goal scorer had 32 goals and 13 assists as the focal point of the Locust Valley offense."

Dylan Zucker is among Newsday's Top 100 Baseball Players. Newsday said of the senior Falcon, "He’ll be the ace of the Falcons staff and is committed to play at Wake Forest."

Seniors Luke Dellicicchi, Ben Ferrara and John Madsen are among the Top 100 Boys Lacrosse Players. Newsday described Luke as, "A highly-skilled offensive weapon who will be playing at Brown next season."

Ben is "One of the top face-off specialists in Nassau, the Boston commit also had six goals and five assists."

John is described by Coach Jim Kaspar "as the best all-around player on the team." The attacking midfielder will be playing at Hofstra next year.
