Three Locust Valley High School students were selected as being among “Long Island’s Best” by the Heckscher Museum of Art in Huntington. Daniel Criblez, Jenny Shin and Nicole Wolert had their artwork displayed in the museum’s “Long Island’s Best: Young Artists” exhibit.
The works of these young artists were among only 80 pieces chosen for display from more than 300 entries representing 54 public and private schools. Currently in its 19th year, Long Island’s Best is open to high school students in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Each piece was displayed with a statement written by the student-artist.
Congratulations to Daniel, Jenny and Nicole on this prestigious accomplishment!
