The Falcons of Locust Valley earned their third victory of the season with a hard fought win over cross-town rival Friends Academy.  Locust Valley Boys Varsity Basketball team, led by a strong defensive effort, held the Quakers of Friends Academy to a total of 31 points.  Tom Sheehan led a balanced scoring attack with 18 points (15 first half points).  Alex Rawa contributed 8 points and 10 rebounds while Chad Cloninger recorded 10 points and 8 rebounds.  Ryan Ries came off the bench to finish with 7 points to close out the game for the falcons.  The Falcons return to action Thursday night when they face the Trojans of Garden City.  Tip-off is at 6:30 at LVHS.
