Three Locust Valley student-athletes have committed to college athletic teams. Seniors Thomas Elleto, Nicholas Evangelista and Caroline Managan signed letters of intent to continue their athletic careers after high school graduation.

Thomas Eletto will play baseball at University of New Haven New Haven University. He has earned All-Conference honors for baseball and basketball and is a three-year varsity starter on the baseball team. Thomas also earned the Nassau Zone Physical Education Outstanding Student Award.

Nicholas Evangelista will play lacrosse at Rollins College. He has been an integral part of the varsity lacrosse team and also honed his skills on the travel lacrosse team, Long Island Bluefish.

Caroline Managan will join the Fairfield University lacrosse team. She is a four-year varsity starter for the Falcons and earned the team’s Unsung Hero Award, All-Conference Honors and All-County Honors. She was also an integral part of the varsity basketball and tennis teams.
