The Art Supervisors Association has named 18 Locust Valley students as All-County Artists and will exhibit their work in an exhibit on Sunday, March 12 from 12-4 p.m. in Roosevelt Hall at Farmingdale State College.

Senior Nicole Wolert has been awarded the association’s scholarship and will be honored during a ceremony at 11 a.m. preceding the art exhibition. Her artwork will be designated with a gold seal.

Students chosen to participate have demonstrated excellence in a wide variety of two-dimensional visual art forms including drawing, painting, printmaking, computer graphics and photography. The association received submissions from more than 200 schools in Nassau County.
