Locust Valley High School’s Interact Club collected food from Bayville residents by leaving brown paper bags for them to fill up with food. Students then collected the filled bags and donated the food to the St. Gertrude Parish Food Pantry in Bayville.

The Interact Club also collected items to create and distribute an entire turkey dinner to families in need. Items include a roasting pan, stuffing, cranberry sauce, canned vegetables, gravy, and pumpkin pie filling as well as a laundry basket to hold the items. The baskets were delivered to the Grenville Baker Boys and Girls Club of Locust Valley, to aid in its Thanksgiving food drive.
