Hannah Milnes has been named the Class of 2012 Salutatorian. Hannah, a National Merit semifinalist, is an IB Diploma Candidate, Hannah achieved perfect scores on both the Critical Reading and Writing sections of the SAT I and earned a near perfect 780 on the SAT Subject Test in Literature. She is the Vice President of French Honor Society, a member of the National Honor Society and the Tri-M Music Honor Society. Hannah is also an AP Scholar, a scholar-athlete, and Captain of the Varsity Tennis team. She is also the secretary of the IB Leadership Club and Captain of the Quiz Bowl Team.

Hannah works extremely hard as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of The Spectrum, our award-winning high school newspaper, has been a member of either the orchestra or chorus for all four years of high school, is a member of the Chamber Choir & Chamber Orchestra, and has had starring roles in the last two spring musicals. Outside of school, she volunteers to sing in the choir at St. John’s Church and is an avid horseback rider. During the summer, she works as a lifeguard/swim instructor at a summer camp for handicapped children.
