The community is invited to view student films that are entered in this year's annual film festival during Monday Night at the Movies on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 7 p.m. in the Middle School/High School Mini-Theater. Films created by Locust Valley High School students will be shown in the categories of comedies, commercials, dramas, documentaries, animation, public service announcements, music trailers and music videos.

Admission is free.

This year's Locust Valley High School Film Festival is partnering with the Long Island International Film Expo (LIIFE) to be held this summer. The winner of the LVHS Film Festival will be invited to show his or her film at LIIFE. In addition, NYIT is once again offering scholarships to the LVHS Film Festival winners. The LVHS Film Festival will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014.
